Honoring a Lifetime of Service

Posted by on

We recently had the privilege of participating in a ceremony, hosted by Loudoun County Chair Phyllis Randall, that honored Mr. Norman Duncan. Mr. Duncan is a 98-year-old World War II veteran and active community volunteer.

Two years ago, Mr. Duncan lost his wife, Elsie, to Alzheimer's disease.  Since his wife's original diagnosis, Mr. Duncan has provided support, leadership, and advocacy to caregivers of all types.  Mr. Duncan continues to actively serve and lead as the Chairman of the International Caregivers Association.
